In my first college art class, I was given the prompt of making wearable art as my final project for the semester. I spent several weeks hitting different women’s restrooms on my campus, sanitary products from vending machines - always being sure to never take more than a couple at a time. Then I wore my art project around campus, around the city of Pittsburgh.

This is far from the original design of the jacket. But in an attempt to limit my usage of these resources, I found a way to use every part of the product and packaging in my design.
